Do I need to buy the AI & API tools?
No. Every connected AI & API tool and agent runs with Architect, including the ones released after you subscribe.
How does the free tool each month work?
Each month you can add one paid tool to your dock for free. It’s yours to keep, like any tool you buy — even if you cancel Architect later.
What is a token worth?
1 token = $0.001 of Forge AI usage. Each hosted AI run is counted at its real cost, and your balance in your account updates after each run.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
Hosted AI pauses until your next billing date. Top up with a token pack or connect your own AI key to keep going. Tools that don’t use AI keep working.
How does my own AI key work?
Add an OpenRouter-compatible key in your account. AI calls then go from your browser straight to your provider, so Forge never sees or stores the key, and those runs don’t spend tokens.
What if I cancel?
Tools you bought or picked for free stay yours forever. Cancelling ends the token budget and access to the hosted AI & API tools at the end of the period you paid for.
